Chairman’s message

Welcome to MTP Ventures which began from “Meatophum Archalnaktrob” and has been part of the Real Estate Services (Buy, Sell and Rent) with precious and professional experiences.

With such fast growth, we began our development project in the urban area nearby Aeon3 Supermarket, named Preysor Aeon3 Modern Shop House, which is located in the Economic Development Zone of Khan Dangkor. This project has successfully reached our sale targets with valuable support from our main customers. Thank you so much to our clients, staff and agents for your hard work, trust and support of our housing project.

Our next development project will take place in Chbar Mon City, a town of Kampong Speu Province, starting our phase 1 project in 4.5ha of 16ha of the total land in the Master Plan Infrastructure. This will be the first major environment zone project combining attractive and comfortable standard house designs for human needs.
