One-year warranty;
Option 1: One year warranty is maintenance for structure and many décor:
A. Cracked walls.
B. Damaged paint quality.
C. Seepage in the ceiling.
D. Damage to all bedroom doors.
Option 2: 6 months warranty for maintenance of all Electrical systems and Water system:
A. Maintenance for all electrical system and all lamps.
B. Maintenance for all water system.
